Buyers:

1. How to Purchase a Service?

Very simple. Just select the Ad and Press ‘Order Now’ button then pay for the service using PayUmoney payment gateway. That’s it, the seller will be informed and deliver your order as per description. If you happy with the service then leave feedback and release the funds to the seller.

2. How to contact the seller?

There is an option to contact seller beside the Ad and you can contact them by using ‘Contact Seller’ option.

3. How to cancel Order?

Just send us an email to Support@mjobrr.com or using our contact us form and we will process the cancellation request and 100% refund.

4. What if I am not happy with the service, Open Dispute with seller?

If you are not happy with the service received please contact the seller and try to resolve the issue.

When the Seller doesn’t complete an order on time or deliver the work with bad quality, the Buyer can send a dispute request to Admin. In another hand, if the Seller believes he has done a good job but the Buyer doesn’t accept his work, the Seller can also send a dispute request to Admin.

Admin will be the one to decide the winner of each case and transfer the money to the winner’s credit account. Since the Seller can only withdraw money for the finished mJobs, you have complete control in any dispute cases.

5. Is my information secured?

Yes, all your information is secured and no one has the access of your personal information. mJOBrr.com is SSL certified and trusted the website and we use the best security software available to protect our customers and freelancers.

6. How to cancel my Account with mJOBrr?

If you want to cancel your account, please email- support@mjobr.com or use our Contact us form with the reason for cancellation. One of our admin team members will action your request as soon as possible.

Fees & Charges:

mJOBrr charge 10% processing fees from Buyers and 10% from sellers from each completed transaction.

1. How to post Service FREE on mJOBrr?

  • To post Free Service on our site, you need to register with us then select ‘Sign Up’ from Home Page. Please Read the ‘How to Sell‘ page and ‘Posting Rules‘ from our website before listing your Freelance Service.

2. How will I know if there is any order placed?

  • You should receive a notification in your ‘Dashboard’ and on your personal E-mail ID with order details.

3. How will I withdraw my money?

You can initiate payment withdraw ‘Dashboard’ from your side after successfully completed your task, we will process your initiated payment withdraw request within 2 working day after verifying buyer confirmation.

  • If any problem with your payments or if you have not received your payment within 5 working days after delivery of the service/work, please contact us or email us at support@mjobrr.com with the details of your order.

4. How to Cancel my Account?

  • If you want to cancel your account, please email our customer service team at support@mjobrr.com or use our Contact us form with the reason for cancellation. One of our customer service team members will action your request as soon as possible.

5. What are the payment methods?

  • PayUMoney
  • Credit

6. How to feature my listing(s)?

There are 2 options:

  • mJOBrr will feature the services which we believe ‘good value for money’
  • You can pay a small fee to make your listing featured.

Seller claim his mJobs

To be able to claim a mjob, the sellers have to satisfy requirements set by the site admin:

Ensure the mJob is active
This mJob has to successfully finish a specific number of orders
The mJob hasn’t been verified before

When an mJob meets all requirements above, a “claimable” icon will appear for the seller to claim in my listing mJobs page & user dashboard.
